About Nimisha
Warm, practical guidance — from someone who has been in the room.
I'm Nimisha — a UCLA-certified Global Career Counsellor, a Certified Career Analyst, and an Edumilestones channel partner, with 23 years in the corporate world across India and the Middle East. My work has always come down to one thing: bringing clarity where things feel complicated.
I'm also a mother to a 16-year-old — so I know these decisions from the inside. The confusion over subjects, the fear of a "wrong" choice, the weight of everyone's expectations. My approach is warm but practical: I balance who your child really is with what the real world asks for.

I'm certified for international counselling and in AI for career coaching, and I never stop learning — because good guidance has to reflect the world your child is stepping into, not the one from a decade ago.
